Terms and Conditions

Free domestic ground shipping on qualifying products to the 48 contiguous states only.
International orders do not qualify for any free shipping promotion.

In order to qualify, orders must have a subtotal of over $99 before taxes where applicable.
Orders over 50 pounds may be deemed ineligible due to excessive size and/or weight. You
will be contacted by A-1 Engraving staff if your order items do not qualify.

Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped by either USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Customers who wish to select a specific carrier may do so during checkout and will be  assessed the calculated cost of shipping based on the carriers rates.

Expedited shipping methods will not
qualify for free shipping.

This offer cannot be applied to previously placed orders, and A-1 Engraving Service will not give any refunds for shipping costs.

Average delivery time is 3-7 business days.  A-1 Engraving Service reserves the right to select the carrier and ship method, and the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time.
